Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

Mind Enterprises LLC, d/b/a Park Entra (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Park Entra platform (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our Service. By using Park Entra, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and role within your community when you create an account or are invited by an administrator.
  • Property Information: Unit numbers, community names, access codes, and organizational details provided by property administrators.
  • Vehicle Information: License plate numbers, vehicle make, model, year, color, and state of registration.
  • Payment Information: When you make a payment through our Service, payment card details are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us, submit support requests, or respond to surveys.

1.2 Enforcement Evidence

  • Photo Evidence: Enforcers may capture photographs of vehicles, license plates, and surrounding areas as part of the enforcement process. These images are uploaded to the Service and associated with the relevant enforcement action. Photos may incidentally capture publicly visible information such as vehicle condition, location within the parking area, and nearby signage.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Log Data: IP addresses, referral URLs, and access times recorded by our servers.
  • Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to monitor performance. These tools collect anonymized, aggregated metrics and do not track individual users across sites.

1.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from property administrators who add you to the platform, including your name, email, unit assignment, and role. We may also receive payment confirmation data from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process transactions and send related notices (receipts, confirmations, expiration alerts)
  • Verify vehicle registrations and guest passes for parking enforcement
  • Send administrative communications such as security alerts, policy updates, and account notifications
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Within Your Community: Property administrators and enforcers within your community can view vehicle registrations, guest passes, unit assignments, and enforcement records associated with your account as necessary to operate the parking program.
  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (web hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on the Service.

4. Tenant Isolation

Park Entra is a multi-tenant platform. Each property operates within a strictly isolated environment. Your community’s data (resident records, vehicle information, enforcement history, and financial data) is never accessible to administrators, enforcers, or residents of another property. This isolation is enforced at the database level through row-level security policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When an administrator removes a resident from a property, or when you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records, audit logs). Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption of data at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Park Entra uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage (such as localStorage and session tokens) to authenticate your account, maintain your session, and remember your preferences (e.g., theme selection). These are essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled while using the platform.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. Our analytics tools (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) collect anonymized, aggregated performance data and do not use cookies to identify individual users.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-standard protocol for DNT signals, the Service does not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, as described above, we do not engage in cross-site tracking or serve targeted advertising.

9. Your Rights and Choices

9.1 All Users

  • Access and Update: You may view and update your account information through the Service at any time.
  • Delete Your Account: You may request deletion of your account through the resident portal or by contacting us. Deletion will be processed within thirty (30) days.
  • Email Preferences: You may opt out of non-essential email notifications through your account settings. Transactional emails (e.g., payment receipts, security alerts) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

9.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Service

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@parkentra.com or submit a request through your account settings. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, provided the agent has your written authorization and we can verify your identity. We will verify your identity before processing any request and respond within forty-five (45) days as required by law.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the “Effective Date” above. If the changes materially affect how we handle your personal information, we will provide additional notice (such as an email notification). Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
